Part 1: Visualize state energy usage seen in the line chart by selecting a year and hovering over a state. Then select a clustering algorithm you want to test. Change the parameters based on algorithm chosen.
Number of Clusters (K-means, GMM). Value of Epsilon & Min. Number of Points (DBScan). Part 2: Find the optimal wind site locations for a state by selecting it from the dropdown box and choose a minimum energy consumption threshold. Note: the percent threshold is based on the states consumption for the year selected previously.
